With New York, Virginia and Singapore as bases of operation, David Balch has served in a variety of roles, including magazine art director, creative director, publications photographer, writer, editor and communications director, earning more than a dozen international awards—and a number of regional honors—along the way.

Not surprisingly, his work has involved a lot of travel, affording him an opportunity to pursue his true artistic passion: fine art photography.

And while David's editorial photographs have graced the covers of dozens of magazines, his fine art photography is now emerging as his primary reason to pick up a camera.

His work has been exhibited in a number of juried shows and fine art festivals. And he is currently seeking placement in select galleries.
